Advantages
- Safety: Replaces traditional manual powder charging and conventional vacuum conveying, reducing the risk of electrostatic ignition/flash explosion during powder transfer.
- High Efficiency: Improves on in-tank mixing where powders are difficult to blend into slurry and short-duration shear in the vessel cannot guarantee complete deagglomeration and homogenization. Powder induction efficiency can reach 15 min/ton. Powder is drawn directly into the work chamber for rapid mixing and high-shear homogenization, greatly improving batching efficiency.
- Flexibility: Enables flexible, batch-by-batch dosing of multiple powder fillers according to the process. This solves powder residue and inaccurate dosing issues common in vacuum conveying, and also avoids cross-contamination between different powders.
- Environmental Protection: Replaces manual powder feeding, reducing dust emission, environmental pollution, and workplace safety risks.
Working Principle
The ultra-fine high-speed dispersing homogenizer is developed for mixing ultra-fine filler powders into resin/adhesive slurries, where agglomerates are easily formed and are difficult to disperse effectively. After passing through the disperser, agglomerated fine-powder clusters are fully broken down, achieving dispersion and deagglomeration. The material is processed in the work chamber for fast and efficient dispersion with no dead zones. The structure is optimized for specific material characteristics. After dispersion, a specially designed discharge disc rapidly transfers the product to the buffer tank.
Key Highlights
- Multi-stage rotor–stator structure provides ultra-fine dispersion and crushing/deagglomeration performance.
- Simple structure; dispersion and refinement are completed quickly.
- Low energy consumption, easy maintenance, and high efficiency.
- Rotor and stator are manufactured with special processes to increase mechanical strength and wear resistance.
Options
- The filter mesh size can be selected according to powder particle size and process requirements to achieve different filtration grades.
- The ultra-fine high-speed dispersing homogenizer can be customized with suitable power rating according to required resin output.
