A bag filter is a new-type filtration system with a wide range of applications. It is suitable for solid–liquid separation in industries such as electronics, copper-clad laminates (CCL), paints & coatings, inks and adhesives, food & beverages (edible oils and fats, soft drinks, beverages, beer, syrups, soy sauce, vinegar, etc.), water treatment (municipal water supply, industrial water, seawater, river water, mineral water, oilfield injection water, power-plant condensate, ion-exchange resin recovery), pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, automotive, metalworking, chemicals, fine chemicals, textiles, and more.

Inside the filter, a metal support basket holds the filter bag. Liquid enters through the inlet, passes through the bag, and flows out from the outlet, while impurities are retained in the bag. The bag can be replaced or cleaned and reused. Operation is simple: install the filter bag with the required micron rating into the housing, check that the O-ring is in good condition, close the top cover, tighten the bolts, and the unit is ready for service. The top cover adopts a quick-open design for fast and convenient maintenance.

Installation Steps
a) Loosen the ring nut and remove the cover.
b) Install the O-ring seal.
c) Insert the filter bag and the bag pressure plate.
d) Refit and tighten the ring nut.
