Agitated Mixing Tank

Works as a resin/adhesive buffer (transfer) tank. The resin coming from the high-shear vessel is already finished product; it is temporarily stored in the buffer tank and then pumped to the resin coater/applicator machine.

Application

Structure

• Consists of a drive unit and a tank body. The drive unit uses a motor to drive an anchor agitator. The tank body is made of stainless steel with a jacketed design, using hot water circulation for heat preservation/temperature holding.

Note: The wetted parts can be carbon steel or stainless steel. The above dimensions are for reference; design and manufacturing can be customized to customer requirements. Non-standard/special mixing tank models can be customized to meet different process requirements.
