Inquiry records are managed in the site’s Payload CMS database and may be sent by email to the responsible sales or engineering team. The website is hosted on Vercel and uses managed database, email-delivery, and object-storage providers where required to operate the service.

We keep information only for as long as it remains reasonably necessary for the inquiry, business records, security, or applicable obligations. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for these purposes, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

The Contact page embeds Google Maps. Opening that page may send technical request information to Google under Google’s own privacy terms. Links to external services open those services directly and are governed by their policies.

You may choose not to submit the forms and contact us by email instead. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted through this website, email info@ntbzd.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where reasonably required for records or obligations.
