Working Principle
The system consists of two hot presses and one cold press. The hot presses remain at high temperature; when the laminated boards enter, they undergo heating and pressing, followed by holding under temperature and pressure, and then partial cooling, with the temperature maintained above 100°C. The cold press is responsible for the final pressing and cooling, reducing the product temperature below 50°C before transferring it to the discharge rack for the panel separation line.

Process Description
Material is fed from the loading rack into the laminating press. After hot pressing, a movable shuttle trolley transfers the boards to the cold press for controlled cooling. The cold press then moves the product to the discharge rack. The pallets and stainless steel mirror plates return to the lamination line, ensuring an efficient process with controlled energy consumption.
