NTB Steel Plate Cleaning & Return System
The Steel Plate Cleaning and Return System is designed for the automatic cleaning, inspection, and circulation of steel plates used in copper clad laminate (CCL) and insulation board pressing. The equipment employs multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning, brushing, drying, and anti-rust treatment to thoroughly remove residual adhesive, dust, and oxide layers from the steel surface, ensuring flat board surfaces and stable copper foil adhesion.
The conveying and rotation mechanisms support fully automatic loading/unloading, positioning, and stacking, preventing scratches caused by manual handling and reducing labor intensity. The system can be seamlessly integrated with the lay-up line and hot press, improving production line efficiency, reducing scrap rate, and serving as a key auxiliary equipment for high-end CCL and insulation material production.
