Equipment and process details

Final parameters and system boundaries are confirmed against materials, process targets, capacity and site conditions.

The vertical glass fiber impregnation line is specifically designed for electronic-grade glass fiber fabric, enabling continuous, high-precision, automated impregnation, drying, and cutting (or rewinding).

The vertical design utilizes gravity-assisted resin flow, reducing the complexity of pumping systems while improving resin penetration efficiency. Uniform temperature control throughout the impregnation process ensures proper resin viscosity, enhancing product quality and consistency.

The impregnated glass fabrics produced by this line are widely used in electrical engineering, motors, and transformers, serving as phase insulation, winding, and layer insulation materials. With high-grade insulation properties (up to H 180°C), the products meet the requirements of high-temperature and demanding applications.

Procurement guide

Buyer questions to resolve before quotation

Which process stages are included in the published line concept?

The published sequence covers unwinding, web feeding and storage, impregnation and metering, oven drying, cooling and guiding, trimming, rewinding, or cutting as configured.

Which inputs are needed to size the line?

Confirm glass-fabric style and width, resin system, target resin content and gel time, drying profile, line speed, output form, utilities, and emissions treatment requirements.

How should the published H 180°C reference be interpreted?

The quotation should state whether this refers to the finished insulation class, a qualified material system, or an equipment operating condition, together with the applicable standard and test evidence.

What should be agreed before FAT?

Agree trial material, sampling points, resin-content and gel-time methods, temperature records, web-tension criteria, output quality, line speed, and the configured supply boundary.
