The vertical glass fiber impregnation line is specifically designed for electronic-grade glass fiber fabric, enabling continuous, high-precision, automated impregnation, drying, and cutting (or rewinding).
The vertical design utilizes gravity-assisted resin flow, reducing the complexity of pumping systems while improving resin penetration efficiency. Uniform temperature control throughout the impregnation process ensures proper resin viscosity, enhancing product quality and consistency.
The impregnated glass fabrics produced by this line are widely used in electrical engineering, motors, and transformers, serving as phase insulation, winding, and layer insulation materials. With high-grade insulation properties (up to H 180°C), the products meet the requirements of high-temperature and demanding applications.
