The mobile viscosity adjustment unit is used for automatic viscosity regulation of process media, ensuring the viscosity meets application requirements. It is widely used for resin/adhesive viscosity blending and control in the PCB industry, as well as for viscosity conditioning and control of raw materials in industries such as coatings, fuels, inks, papermaking, adhesives, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and more.

The complete system is integrated on a mobile cart, enabling flexible on-site operation, shared use of resources, lower overall cost, and improved customer ROI.
- High level of automation
A high-accuracy viscosity sensor monitors the media viscosity. The system compares the measured value with the setpoint online and automatically controls the amount of diluent added, ensuring the viscosity meets process requirements. A VFD-driven electric agitator or pneumatic agitator is installed on top of the mixing tank, and the stirring speed can be automatically adjusted according to different process requirements and viscosity conditions.
- Easy operation
Quick-connect hoses are reserved for both inlet and outlet to dock with the user’s equipment, making connection and operation fast and convenient.
