A magnetic rod filter consists of a set of high-intensity magnetic rods made from permanent magnetic materials with a specially designed magnetic circuit, together with a stainless-steel housing. It is mainly used to separate fine ferrous particles (such as iron filings) from liquid media. The strong magnetic field generated by the internal rods effectively removes tiny iron contaminants, reducing conductivity risks caused by residual iron particles, meeting process requirements, and improving product quality.
It is widely used in electronics, copper-clad laminates (CCL), chemicals, pharmaceuticals, pigments, fuels, food processing, metallurgy, ceramics, and other industries.

Multiple magnetic rod specifications are available and can be combined freely according to operating conditions to meet different application requirements.
- Long service life
After cleaning, the magnetic rods can be reused repeatedly. Typical service life is 1–2 years under heavy-duty conditions and 7–8 years under light-duty conditions.
