The horizontal impregnation lineis specifically designed for paper-based or low-strength electronic insulation substrates and serves as a core equipment in electronic insulation board and copper clad laminate (CCL) production lines. It enables continuous, high-precision, automated impregnation, drying, and cutting (or rewinding).
The horizontal design supports substrates using light-load rollers or air flotation, minimizing roller friction and contamination, ensuring flatness and integrity of paper-based materials during impregnation. Uniform temperature control and resin concentration adjustment ensure complete penetration and even distribution of resin, improving the quality and consistency of prepregs.
This machine is suitable for low-strength paper-based insulation boards and, after process optimization, can handle lightweight glass fiber substrates, offering flexibility and multi-product adaptability. The system also emphasizes energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, making it an ideal choice for modern paper-based CCL and electronic insulation board production.
