The high-speed high-shear emulsifier is one of the most widely used models in the emulsifier series. Its core component is a high-shear mixing impeller mounted on a fixed support frame. The unit can be installed on top of a reactor/kettle to meet different process requirements and to produce high-difficulty emulsified blends. It is also suitable for simple operation in multiple open-top containers, allowing independent mixing, emulsifying, and related processing steps on different vessels.
